How long does it take to get my order?
Valley Farms ships all orders within 2 business days including Saturdays. Most customers can expect to receive their food and supplies within 1 to 10 days. Orders that are out our immediate US northeast region may take up to 2 weeks during holiday periods.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders on ValleyFarms.shop
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and/or other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available. All shipping is at the discretion of Valley Farms Bird, Inc. which reserves the right to alter shipping couriers at any time.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses?
No – at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO however when USPS services are used for order under 19LBS, P.O. Boxes can be deliverable.
Customers may request special carriers and we will do our best to honor them.
Do you ship to international addresses?
No. We currently only ship within the contiguous US. (not Hawaii, Alaska, or P.R.)
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from ValleyFarms.shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If your product is damaged you can return it immediately.
If you ordered the wrong product, you can return it within 30 days.
Costs for return shipping is paid by the buyer when they are at fault.
Our replacements are generous and the overall policy is: ask & you shall receive.
