How do I cancel or change my order?
Our goals are focused on serving as many bird lovers as possible.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel simply by contacting Valley Farms Shop at 1-844-420-9484 or by sending an email to info@valleyfarmsbird.com
We will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, we will issue you a refund. We also accept returns within 60 days of purchase.

How long does it take to get my order?
Valley Farms ships all orders within 2 business days including Saturdays. Most customers can expect to receive their food and supplies within 1 to 10 days. Orders that are out our immediate US northeast region may take up to 2 weeks during holiday periods.
How much is shipping?

Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses?
No – at this time we are unable to ship most orders to P.O boxes, APO/FPO, however when USPS services are used for order under 19LBS, P.O. Boxes can be deliverable.
Do you ship to international addresses?
No. We currently only ship within the contiguous US.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from ValleyFarms.shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
When did Valley Farms start offering wild bird food?
Valley Farms brand wild bird food is manufactured in the Hudson Valley region of NY state by Truffa Seed Co, Inc. since 1983. It is a family business which was born in the 1960's by our grandfather, who immigrated from Italy. He began a supply shop for home and garden products called Farmer Jones which was the name of the farm owner he purchased the land and business from.
Valley Farms Shop is an online business working closely with it's family ties to provide a high quality product experience to wild bird enthusiasts nationwide.
Where does Valley Farms procure it's ingredients?
For a majority of the freshest foods and seeds we import, they are sourced from farms across America. Mainly the western or mid-western regions as most grains and seeds are harvested there with optimal conditions. Nyjer seed for example is imported from India so this a rare exception. About 25% of our seed is imported from Canada at various times throughout the year as we have built relations with many Canadian growers as well. There are a small percentage of ingredients also coming in from eastern Europe too. Truffa Seed Co., Inc. focuses on quality, cleanliness, and freshest foods to use for it's blends. The seasonal conditions are taken into account as well.
